We want you to love every piece. Below are the terms for returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a return pickup or guide you through the return process. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by emailing support@adorntheory.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings or customised products may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
